Train with respect. Train with purpose.
Review our academy policies, code of ethics, safety standards, cancellation guidelines, account pauses, and refund policy before getting started.
1. Our code of ethics
RENZO GRACIE ROUND ROCK CODE OF ETHICS
- INTEGRITY: We do the right thing — always. Respect others, honor your word, and lead by example.
- NO DRAMA, NO POLITICS: There’s no room for ego, gossip, or division — on or off the mats. We hold ourselves to a higher standard everywhere we go.
- CLEANLINESS: Clean body. Clean gi. Clean mats. Show respect through hygiene — for yourself and others.
- SAFETY FIRST: Tap early. Respect taps. Train with control. We protect our partners like we protect ourselves.
- CARE FOR EACH OTHER: We rise together. Support, encourage, and lift up your teammates — especially those who are new.
- SERVE THE GREATER COMMUNITY: What we learn here goes beyond the mats. Lead with humility. Represent with honor.
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE: Higher belts set the tone. Your actions are your legacy — be the example others want to follow. Wear the Renzo name with pride. Train hard. Be kind. Stay humble.
2. Misconduct & Abuse Policy
At Renzo Gracie Lone Star Team, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful training environment for all students, families, and staff. We have zero tolerance for misconduct, harassment, or abuse of any kind.
We strongly encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behavior to report it immediately to academy leadership. We also support and encourage reporting concerns to appropriate law enforcement when applicable.
All reports will be taken seriously and handled promptly and respectfully. The safety and well-being of our community are our highest priority.
If you have concerns, please contact the academy leadership directly so we can take appropriate action. In the case of criminal activity, report it to the police for investigation.
